So I made the call to Shanon Salisbury’s agency at 4:00pm the day before Thanksgiving, half expecting everyone to be gone getting their turkeys ready. To my surprise, Mia answered the phone, discussed my concerns, then proceeded to quote and update my policy. I approved the changes by 4:30, and she said she would do her best to make some calls and activate the new coverage within an hour. She called me 30 minutes later to confirm that my new coverage was in effect. Home run."
